when you’re gonna go to sleep, your phone is not allowed in bed. same for when you wake up
when you find yourself avoiding doing something, drop everything and do that thing immediately. realize that you’re avoiding it because it’s the hardest / most important thing
push through the mental resistance - it will feel uncomfortable, lean into it
you’ll feel much better after you’re done
when you need to go on a certain app for something, remember why you’re going on it throughout. catch yourself when you get distracted quickly & get back on track
nothing productive ever happens past 10pm (on most nights) - go to bed
when you’re feeling lazy, get up and do even the most basic thing. then another thing, then another thing. then get to the hard task & allow momentum to carry you through
fighting tiktok and youtube shorts on your phone is nearly impossible - delete them off your phone
