  • when you’re gonna go to sleep, your phone is not allowed in bed. same for when you wake up
  • when you find yourself avoiding doing something, drop everything and do that thing immediately. realize that you’re avoiding it because it’s the hardest / most important thing
    • push through the mental resistance - it will feel uncomfortable, lean into it
    • you’ll feel much better after you’re done
  • when you need to go on a certain app for something, remember why you’re going on it throughout. catch yourself when you get distracted quickly & get back on track
  • nothing productive ever happens past 10pm (on most nights) - go to bed
  • when you’re feeling lazy, get up and do even the most basic thing. then another thing, then another thing. then get to the hard task & allow momentum to carry you through
  • fighting tiktok and youtube shorts on your phone is nearly impossible - delete them off your phone
